This policy applies to the website, the newsletter and the contact form. It does not apply to other websites our site links to, such as social media or ticketing sites. Those have their own privacy policies.

2. What data we process and why

3. Newsletter

If you enter your email address in the subscription form and give your consent, you subscribe to Silvia Ilves’s newsletter. After subscribing you will see a thank-you page.

What we store: your email address, the language of the page, the time of subscribing and the consent text shown to you. This lets us show when and how you gave your consent.

How the newsletter works: your address is first stored in the website’s database and sent from there to MailerLite, which we use to send the newsletter. The emails are about Silvia’s music, concerts and new releases.

Unsubscribing: every email contains an unsubscribe link. You can also write to info@silviailvesmusic.com. MailerLite shows us whether an email was opened and which links were clicked. We use this data only in aggregate to improve the newsletter.

Providing your email address is voluntary. Without it we cannot send you the newsletter.

4. Contact form

You can use the form on the contact page to ask about performances, collaboration or other matters.

What we store: your name, email address, phone (if you add it), the selected topic, your message and a record that you read the privacy policy. The message is sent by email to info@silviailvesmusic.com and a copy remains in the website’s database.

Why: so that we can reply to you and, if needed, arrange a performance or collaboration. We keep the enquiry for up to 12 months after the last contact. If it leads to a contract, we keep the data for as long as needed for accounting and performance of the contract.

Spam protection: the form has a hidden field that people cannot see. We also use Google reCAPTCHA on the form, which sends Google information about your device and your use of the form to tell a person from a robot. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy.

5. Cookies and statistics

We use statistics cookies only if you have given your consent in the cookie banner. Without consent, only necessary cookies are loaded.

Google Analytics shows us in aggregate which pages are viewed and where visitors come from. We use Google’s Consent Mode: until consent is given, no statistics cookies are stored. During that time the page sends Google only a cookieless signal about the page visit.

Microsoft Clarity shows how the site is used: clicks, scrolling and anonymous session recordings. Text entered into forms is hidden in the recordings. We use it to improve the site, not for advertising.

Changing your consent: you can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the page footer or below.
